is what I thought when I saw a recipe I wanted to make, but it calls for powdered sugar and I didn’t have any on hand. should I go ahead and use white sugar? and I  decided to google ‘substitution  for powdered sugar’, I found out that powered sugar is a softer/spun version of white sugar and said just put the white sugar in a blender and blend it to make powdered sugar. I tried it and it worked!!!
